At I Love Italy.wine we are committed to providing high-quality digital content and a seamless user experience. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to request a refund.

This refund policy complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

1. Refunds for Video Courses
You may request a refund for video courses under the following conditions:

The refund request is made within 14 days of your purchase.
You have not completed more than 50% of the course content.

Important:
By purchasing and accessing our video courses, you acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel and receive a full refund within 14 days is waived once you access or complete more than 50% of the course content.

To request a refund, please follow the steps outlined in Section 4 below.

2. Refunds for Digital Downloads
Digital products such as eBooks, cheatsheets, guides, or other downloadable resources are non-refundable once downloaded, unless the content is defective or not as described.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for faulty or misrepresented digital products under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

3. How to Request a Refund
If you meet the eligibility criteria outlined above, you can request a refund by:

Contacting our support team at support@iloveitaly.wine.
Providing your order details, including your name, email address, and order number.
Specifying the reason for your refund request.
We aim to review refund requests within 5-7 business days. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. It may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

4. Limitations and Exceptions
Refunds are not available for discounted or promotional products unless stated otherwise in the promotion’s terms.
Refunds are at the discretion of I Love Italy.Wine, except where your statutory rights apply.
Accessing or downloading more than 50% of a video course voids the right to a refund.

5. Your Rights Under UK Law
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer protection laws. You retain the right to request a refund or replacement for faulty or misrepresented products, regardless of their usage or download status.

6. Changes to This Refund Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting to this page.
